A: We don’t require any sensitive details. We will require, however, the login information for your present web hosting account along with the name of the website that you need to migrate.

A: Before we can start the transfer of your hosting account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to disclose literally the same information you have given to your current web hosting provider. We’ve also got an extremely strict Privacy Policy, which describes how delicate information is dealt with.

A: No. Your website will remain available online during the transfer. Once everything is done on our end, we will tell you so that you can preview it and check for problems. If everything is alright, all you will have to do is modify your domain name’s DNS resource records.

A: Nah. Aside from your login details for the Control Panel, we will not require anything. We’ll never contact your hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the transfer either.

A: Yeah. We support all conventional Linux–based hosting platforms. We do not support Windows–driven web hosting platforms, because we do not offer Windows hosting solutions ourselves.Furthermore, we don’t support proprietary site creation and administration tools such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
